The Universal Radial 6360A Sequencer/Inserter inserts radially-taped standard and odd form components including LED’S at a speed of up to 10,000 components per hour. This closed–loop system accurately locates and positions the PCB during insertion. The rotary table indexes clockwise in 90 degree increments from 0 to 360 degrees providing four-position insertion in combination with the rotating insertion head. Components are inserted and clinched automatically and secured to the underside of the board. The Expanded Range Verifier reduces the possibility of inserting defective, reversed polarity, or out of sequence components.
